This ethics and compliance website offers easy and efficient ways for you to ask questions and confidentially report care concerns and potential misconduct, violations, or unethical behavior.
- Telephone Hotline: A toll-free telephone service answered by a live operator 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
- Web-based Hotline (“Webline”): A website for submitting written reports and/or concerns. PLEASE NOTE: Reports made through the Webline are not monitored outside of business hours or on weekends.
Your Input is Important to Us
American Senior Communities and Anew welcome all good faith reports and questions. All reports will be taken seriously, reviewed thoroughly and investigated confidentially.
Prior to reporting any allegation of resident abuse or neglect through the Telephone Hotline or the Webline, you MUST first immediately report the concern in-person or by phone to the Executive Director, Administrator or General Manager. Such concerns include, but are not limited to:
- Physical, mental, and verbal abuse
- Neglect
- Theft of resident belongings including money
Certain State and Federal laws, such as the Elder Justice Act, require immediate reporting of alleged or suspected resident abuse or neglect.
